Champion Armen Ypremyan, from
Armenia but risiding in France, has an interesting
bout coming up on May 12 in Oostende, Belgium.
33-year-old Ypremyan
(8-0, 3 KOs) is set to square off with fellow
undefeated Landry Kore (7-0, 3 KOs), from the
Ivory Coast but fighting out of Copenhagen,
Denmark. They will contest a Mediterranean title
over ten rounds.

Australian Tommy “The Titan” Browne
(36-7-2, 13 KOs), the UBO International Super
Welterweight titlist, is staying active with a
series of fights in America.
On March 24
he defeated Cesar Soriano Berumen (28-36-2, 17
KOs) from Mexico by unanimous decision in Miami,
and he is now scheduled to fight Puerto Rican
Carlos Garcia Hernandez (15-15-1, 12 KOs) in Las
Vegas on Friday April 20.

UBO Inter-Continental Bantamweight Champion
Prince Patel from England is
moving forward at an astonishing pace. Since
winning the UBO title last December he has fought
six times in three months, and his record now
stands at 12-0-1 (9).
On April 28
in Hungary he will challenge for the vacant WBO
European title against Georgian Mishiko Shubitidze
(20-10-3, 8 KOs) in an
attempt to continue his progression.

Another UBO Champion is up for a big fight
in the near future, as International Female Junior
Flyweight Champion Halima Vunjabei
(6-3-1, 3 KOs) from Tanzania will go on the road
next month.
Vunjabei
will challenge WBF World Champion Anne Sophie Da
Costa (24-3, 11 KOs) on May 12 in the champions
home-town of Reims in France.

UBO Female World Minnimumweight ruler
Oezlem Sahin from Germany won a
non-title outing on April 7 in Wuppertal, stopping
Georgian Teona Piromanashvili in three.
Sahin
(24-1-1, 8 KOs) is hoping to return for a defense
of her world championship later in the year.
