British Super Welterweight Tony Bange (11-2) will have a busy night on December 19 at the Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra, Ghana.

Not only will he fight for the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) International title, he will also be one of the promoters of the show, along with former UBO world Bantamweight champion Prince Patel and their Platinum Punch Promotions.

Patel, who held the UBO world title in 2019, will also be in one of the main fights of the card, fighting Venezuelan Liborio Solis for the vacant IBO world title.

33-year-old Bange, fighting out of Wraysbury in Berkshire, has been a pro since 2016, but this will be his first championship fight.

In the opposite corner will be Kulwa Bushiri (17-7-1), who gave Turkeys Fatih Keles all he could handle last year in a fight for the UBO world title, before getting stopped in round eight.

Bushiri (30) has since won two fights by stoppage, and will enter the fight against Bange full of confidence and ambition.

At least two more UBO title fights involving British boxers are expected for the massive show, as well as the postponed UBO All-Africa Welterweight title fight between local rivals Sampson Segbedzi, the reigning champion, and Isaac Arye.
