Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) World Light Heavyweight Champion Cedric Bellais (21-8-3, 10 KOs) is gearing up for his first title-defense, set for July 26.

30-year-old Southpaw Bellais, a Tahiti-born Frenchman, will face Argentinean danger-man Victor Jesus Rosales (19-1, 11 KOs) in the main event of a self-promoted card in Tahiti.

Having won the title almost exactly a year earlier, July 27 – 2018, with a third-round stoppage of another Argentinean in Crispulo Javier Andino, Bellais is deep in camp to make history by defending his world title on home-soil.

El Chacal” Rosales turned professional in 2013, and his only loss come in 2015 in a Middleweight fight against 18-1 Adam Etches in England. He has since won eight straight bouts.

The challenger has vowed to restore his country's honor, and revenge the defeat that Bellais inflicted on Andino.
