The Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) All-Africa Super Lightweight Championship belt was wrapped around the waist of Abderrazak Houya on Saturday night (April 14) in M´Saken, Tunisia.

Houya defeated Cameroonian Bibi Ondoua by unanimous decision to win the vacant title on a show promoted by Moez Fhima, the UBO World Middleweight Champion.

It was a rematch of their original encounter last December, won by Houya on a close majority decision after ten rounds.

While an entertaining fight, it was not close this time as Houya was in control from the start and delighted the many enthusiastic fans at ringside with smart and efficient boxing.

After twelve rounds the judges had Houya widely ahead, with scores of 119-110, 118-109 and 118-109.

His record improves to 11-1 (0). Ondoua goes to 15-10-1 (2).

A scheduled fight for the vacant UBO All-Africa Middleweight title between Islam Teffahi and Youssouf Doumbia from the Ivory Coast was canceled when the latter failed to obtain a visa for Tunisia.
