Pialari Dismantles Kazaula To Win UBO All-Africa Title

Hometown hero Idd Pialari delighted an enthusiastic crowd at the Che Kwa Che Pub in Bagamoyo, Tanzania on Sunday (November 20) when he won the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ All-Africa Welterweight title.

 
 

In a fight between up-and-comers, Pialari, still only twenty-three years old, showed remarkable poise and focus as he dismantled fellow countryman Pius Kazaula (28) en-route to a fifth round technical knockout victory.


A former Tanzanian national titlist, the new All-Africa Welterweight champion improved his fine record to 16-2-1 (12). Kazalua, challenging for his first championship, falls to 6-2-1 (3).

 
 

Promoter of the fight was Muhsin Sharifu.
