UBO - Universal Boxing Organization™

The vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ International Heavyweight title will be at stake when Temoo Tamaititahio from Tahiti takes on New Zealand’s “Lethal” Leamy Taito on May 9 in Papeete, Tahiti.

38-year-old Tamaititahio was a late starter to the game, but has developed a strong following in his hometown.

He brings an undefeated professional record of 4-0 (2), and all of his previous bouts have been in Papeete.

Like Tamaititahio, Leamy Taito (4-2-1, 2 KOs) will be fighting for his first professional boxing title.

The 39-year old from Wellington is an accomplished MMA and Cage-fighter, and also turned to boxing late.

Both boxers are known for their come-forward styles, and on paper it looks like a cant miss barn-burner.

Promoter Rodrigue Ah-MIN of AM Boxing Promotion is expecting a sell-out on the night.
