Ireland´s Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) International Super Middleweight champion Rachel Lally is the UBO Boxer of the Month for November 2025.

  
 

Fast-tracked southpaw Lally (3-0-1) became UBO champion in only her fourth pro fight, when she beat fellow undefeated Tanzanian Leila Yusuph Macho (4-0) by wide unanimous decision on November 9 in Dubai.


That triumph came almost exactly one year after she turned professional with a draw against former WBC, IBO, GBU/WIBF world title-challenger Elena Sikmashvili.


Is a shot at the UBO world title in her immediate future?


 
 

No matter what, fighting quality foes such as Macho and Sikhmashvili inside her first four bouts proves that Lally is willing to take risks, and beating Macho in her first title fight shows that she is ready for the next level.
