UBO - Universal Boxing Organization™

Considered a big prospect and tipped for stardom, Baltimore´s Ahmad Muhammad Jones (9-0, 6 KOs) fights for the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Inter-Continental Super Lightweight title on March 1.

At the Live Casino & Hotel in Hanover, Maryland, his opponent will be dangerous Filipino southpaw John Paul Magalong (14-2, 8 KOs).

25-year old Jones turned professional in December of 2021, and has looked exceptional. But this will be his first significant step up, and he is hoping to make a statement in what is his first opportunity to win a title in the paid code.

Nicknamed “The Pitbull”, John Paul Magalong made his pro debut a year later than Jones. He lost his first outing, but has since only lost to another quality American in Mack Alison IV.

Also on the card will be another excellent UBO title fight between Brandon Chambers (10-3-1, 5 KOs) and Christopher Glenn (7-0-1, 3 KOs) who squares off for the vacant International Featherweight crown.

Presented by 2024 UBO Promoter of the Year, Jeter Promotions, the two featured championship bouts will be preceded by a well-matched undercard.
