Pinto,
from Sao Paolo, improved his record to 10-3-1
(8) by stopping compatriot Luis Eduardo Souza
(11-4-1, 11 KOs) in three rounds for the vacant
UBO Continental (South America) Super
Welterweight title.
In 2019
he won the UBO International Super Welterweight
title, and the following year he added the UBO
Inter-Continental crown at Welterweight.
Very few
have won three UBO titles, so that
accomplishment stands out during March.
Besides
three UBO belts, Pinto has also captured
Brazilian national titles at Welterweight and
Super Welterweight, as well as WBC South America
and American Boxing Federation titles since
turning pro in 2016.
