The UBO International Lightweight title is now
vacant, since former champion Rances Barthelemy
has decided to focus on the IBF World
Championship, a title he is currently ranked the
number two contender for.
The Universal Boxing Organization wishes
Barthelemy all the best, and look forward to
following his continued rise!
