Champion Fabrice Aurieng from France
proved his mettle on August 24 when he won
three times in one evening to lift the
“Biggers Better” one day tournament trophy
in El Jadida, Morocco.
Aurieng beat (UD3) Mateusz Malujda from Poland in
the quarter final, Milan Dasic (TKO1) from Serbia
in the semi final, and Agit Kabayel (SD3) from
Germany in the final.

At the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey,
UBO Inter-Continental Lightweight Champion Karl
“Dynamite” Dargan returned to the ring with a
fourth round stoppage of once-beaten (8-1-1) Jesse
Caradine on September 8. 27-year-old Dargan is now
11-0 (6).

On October 20 in Riga, Latvia UBO European Light
Heavyweight Champion Andjrejs Barabanovs
returned after a lay-off to stop Germany-based
Congolese John Mifuba in the fourth round.
Barabanovs improved to 11-1 (6).

Tony Jeter,
the UBO All-America Middleweight Champion, scored
the biggest win of his career on October 27 when
he won a ten round split decision over Jimmy Lange
(38-4-2) in Lange’s backyard, the Patriot Center
in Fairfax, Virginia.
Despite getting five points deducted for
low-blows, Jeter dominated so thoroughly that he
got the decision by scores of 94-91, 93-92 and
91-94. Jeter is now 15-3-1 (10).

In Budapest Hungary, also on October 27, UBO
International Light Heavyweight ruler Zoltan
Kiss Jr. stopped countryman Szilard Racs in
the first round of a stay-busy contest scheduled
for four. Kiss is now 25-10-3 (9).

On the same night (10.27) in Italy, former UBO
Female World Super Bantamweight Champion Renata
Szebebeledi won the WBC Flyweight title by
beating former conqueror Simona Galassi by third
round TKO. Szebeledi is now 16-9 (10), and 16-4 in
her last twenty bouts.
