UBO - Universal Boxing Organization™

After forty professional fights, almost all of them on the road in his opponent’s back-yard all over France and Europe, Cameroon-born Matial Bella Oleme will be rewarded with a title fight in his adopted hometown of Noisy-le-Grand, France on Friday May 24.

Bella Oleme will take on tough Georgian champion George Tevdorashvili for the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ International Cruiserweight title as the co-feature to a WBF World Heavyweight title fight between Michael Grant and Carlos Takam.

The show will be promoted by Joseph Germain at the Gymnase du Clos de l'Arche.

Looking through his less than stellar 9-28-3 (1) record, it must be noted that 32-year-old Bella Oleme has fought a virtual who’s-who of the best light heavyweights and cruiserweights in Europe.

Valery Brudov, Dawid Kostecki and Tony Bellew are only a few of the top-names he has faced, and only once did he lose inside the distance. Due to an arm-injury!

Having fought several times on the road himself, former UBO European title-challenger George Tevdorashvili (13-8-3, 8 KOs) is the younger man by five years at 27, and will fancy his chances to defeat Bella Oleme in front of his hometown fans.

Both boxers are known for their toughness and underestimated skills, and both take pride in never backing down from a tear-up. While none of them come close to Michael Grant and Carlos Takam achievement-wise, this fight could easily steal the show!
