The promotion was rescheduled at the request of
main sponsor Bralima Breweries and their Turbo
King Beer, who is supporting the show along with
Airline CAA.
No opponent is confirmed yet, but promoter Mukadi
Manda is working hard to finalize an attractive
adversary for Postolo.
As is the case all over the world, sponsorships
are very important to make championship boxing
possible in The Democratic Republic of the Congo.
CAA (Compagnie Africaine d´Aviation) also
supported the April 30 Matamba Postolo vs. Mohamed
Asma All-Africa Heavyweight title fight, as well
as the Manroy Sadic vs. John Chibuta All-Africa
Cruiserweight title fight this past May 7.
CAA Marketing Manager Yves Musch and Commercial
Director Dilip Tewani attended the Postolo vs.
Asma show, and committed to continue their support
to Mukadi Manda in his quest to develop
professional boxing in D.R.C. |
