UFS BXNG Presents: Sportpesa Boxing, UBO Title Fight

When UFS BXNG Presents the next edition of Sportpesa Boxing, on July 25 at the Edge Convention Center in Nairobi, Kenya, the card will be headlined by an intriguing Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) title fight.

  
 

In a battle of touted prospects, Kenyan national champion Javan Buyu (7-0, 4 KOs) will take on Ramadhan Idd (9-1, 2 KOs) from Tanzania for the vacant UBO Inter-Continental Lightweight title.

Buyu won the Kenyan title last October, and further showed his great potential when he stopped undefeated Athumani Nassoro in three rounds for PST honours this past April.


In Idd he will face probably the sternest test of his career, a skilful boxer full of ambitions who is on a five-fight winning-streak since suffering his sole defeat, a decision to Levan Khasaia in Poland.


 
 

With their eighth quality card, UFS BXNG continues to showcase the best talent in Kenyan boxing, and this main event could turn out to be the best yet since the promotional company launched in the fall of 2025.

Preceded by a strong undercard featuring local talent, the fight will be broadcast live world-wide via the Sportpesa Youtube channel.
