In one of the
featured bouts of a massive event at the
Bostanci Show Center, undefeated home-town
favourite Kenan Guzel
will
face Edem
Zeyraliyev from Uzbekistan for the vacant UBO
Inter-Continental Super Middleweight title.
Both boxers
enter their first professional title fight with
similar records, Guzel (29) being 6-0 (5) and
Zeyraliyev (28) bringing a 6-1 (5) ledger.
A pro since
April of 2025, it will only be Guzel´s second
fight in his home-country, with three of his
outings taking place in Thailand and two in
Pakistan.

Zeyraliyev
made his paid
debut in 2019 in Russia, but was out of action for
over four years before returning in March of 2024
when he suffered his sole defeat, a split
decision, to 3-0 Shokhrukh Uskanboev in
Uzbekistan.
Since then he
has put together five straight victories, all by
stoppage, on home soil, and travels to Turkey with
one thing in mind: make it six straight and take
his career to a whole new level.
It will be
“Baptism By Fire” for both men, facing their best
opponent to date in front of a lively Istanbul
crowd, and knowing that boxing fans from all over
the world will tune in.
