A Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) world championship fight will once again headline when Max Fight Championship 62, one of the biggest recurring combat sport events in Europe returns on July 19.

Presented by Max Fight Promotion in association with Alexeev Promotion at the Amphitheater Arena in Sveti Vlas, Bulgaria, local man Vladimir Georgiev (13-4, 3 KOs) will take on former Spanish, European Union and IBF International titlist Ronny Landaeta (22-6, 12 KOs) for the vacant UBO world Super Middleweight title.

Gerogiev, the current Bulgarian national champion, turned professional in 2018, and has only lost to very good opponents with a combined 36-1-1 record.

In April of 2024 he moved down to Middleweight where he came up short in a fight for the WBO Global title to Shakiel Thompson in the UK, but returned to Super Middleweight and rebounded with a victory last November in Sofia.

In Landaeta he will be facing his most accomplished foe to date, a pro since 2014 who has also only lost at a very high level.

For both men this is a major opportunity at a big stage, and with a large crowd expected it is going to be a big night of boxing, MMA and K1 Kickboxing.
