"The Arabian Lion" Ready To Roar In UBO Title Fight

“The Arabian Lion”, Mohammed Nawef Chahlal, will take on an opponent for be confirmed for the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Continental (Asia) Super Featherweight title on June 8 in Pathum Thani, Thailand.

  
 

Representing Saudi Arabia, 24-year-old Chahlal (5-0, 5 KOs) has boxed exclusively in Thailand as a pro, making his debut in July of last year.


The former MMA fighter won the Thailand national title at Super Lightweight last October, stopping fellow undefeated prospect Kittichai Sawaengchai in the fifth round.


Now he is set to take the next step, at his more natural weight a few divisions below, and whoever will be in the opposite corner will be in for a rough night against the hard-punching up-and-comer.


 
 

Chahlal vs. TBA for the vacant UBO Continental (Asia) Super Featherweight title will headline a show promoted by Tunal Academy.
