Nicknamed
“Pure Perfection”, the 27-year-old will travel
to Santa Marta in Colombia to face local girl
Katerin Tobon (4-2-1, 2 KOs) for the vacant
title, on a card promoted by 4 X 4 Promotions.
This will
be Woods third fight in Colombia, having also
boxed in the Dominican Republic as well as her
native USA.
While
Woods beat Brazilian Simone Da Silva, a veteran
of numerous world championship challenges,
already in her second pro fight, Tobon could
very well turn out to be her biggest test to
date.

The
Colombian has won her last four bouts, and will
undoubtedly do everything within her power to not
let Woods beat her in her home-town.
The winner
will move closer towards the goal of becoming a
world champion, with potential challenges against
UBO Super Lightweight ruler Samantha Worthington
and UBO Lightweight queen Calista Silgado within
reach.
