Still
only twenty-three years old, he has put together
an unblemished 9-0 record, and showed he has
significant power by stopping eight of his foes.
They call
him “Golden Boy”, a ring-name which brings a
certain amount of pressure and expectations, but
it is also a moniker usually only given to
boxers who has something special.
Promoted
by Marban Boxing, Guinahon turned professional
in October of 2019, and already in his seventh
outing he made an impression by stopping former
WBC Youth world champion Dexter Alimento in nine
rounds.
Two
months later, in August of 2022, he won the UBO
International title when he went the distance
for the first time against the tough and
experienced Mike Kinaadman.
