Dorde Krsmanovic from Bosnia & Herzegovina is the new Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Continental (Europe) Middleweight Champion.

Krsmanovic won the title by split decision after a close-fought war with Romanian Ion (Mario) Boboc on Saturday, September 27, at the Simfonija Event Hall in Prilep, Macedonia.

The intensity was high, and both fighters gave it their all for ten high-paced rounds, with a boisterous crowd at ringside.

Nineteen year old Krsmanovic, now 6-0-1 (3), is only three months into his professional career, making it quite a remarkable accomplishment.

Boboc, who fell to 4-2 (3), can be proud of his effort, and felt hard done by after hearing the decision. A rematch would certainly be justified.

The fight headlined Simfonija Boxing Night, promoted by Aleksandar Tomeski.
