Kazakhstan star Balaussa Muzdiman was brilliant in winning the vacant Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) Female world Super Flyweight title on Friday, September 5, at the Baluan Sports Palace in her home-town Almaty.

Broadcast live in Kazakhstan by Sport +, Muzdiman stopped Indian Mamta Sing in the fourth round, after taking control from the start and never letting her opponent get a chance to land anything of consequence.

It was an excellent display of world-class boxing skills applied with relentless pressure from the local girl, and after flooring Sing with a vicious left hook in the fourth, referee Bakhtiyar Zhakipov decided he had seen enough, even though Singh made it to her feet and wanted to carry on.

27-year-old Muzdiman, who was coming down in weight after winning the WBA Asia Bantamweight title last year, improved her professional record to 9-0 (7).

Singh (28), a former WBF and WIBF world title-challenger who entered the fight undefeated in her last four outings, falls to 8-3-1 (4).

The fight was promoted by Ali Akhmedov Promotions in association with New Names Promotions.
